3. Data Ownership

Customer data entered into the Pliqora platform remains the property of the customer.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Vehicle Photographs

Property administrators may photograph a vehicle when recording a parking scan. These photographs are evidence for parking enforcement and are attached to the specific scan they were taken for.

What is recorded with a photograph

We record the time the photograph was taken, in addition to the time it reached our servers. These can differ when a photograph is taken without a network connection.

The Pliqora app does not request access to your device's location, and photographs taken with the app's camera do not contain location coordinates.

Photographs taken without a connection

Parking areas are often underground, where there may be no mobile signal. A photograph taken in these conditions is stored on the administrator's own device until a connection returns and it can be uploaded, which may be several hours.

While stored on the device, the photograph is accessible only to the administrator who took it. It is deleted from the device once uploaded, when the administrator deletes the scan, and when that person's administrator access ends.

Who can see them

  • Administrators of the property the scan was recorded at
  • Residents of a unit that a warning or violation was issued against, for the photographs supporting that action
  • Pliqora personnel, where necessary to provide support

Retention and deletion

Photographs are kept for as long as the scan they belong to is kept, and are deleted with it. Photographs supporting a warning or violation that has been issued cannot be altered or deleted, so that the record behind an enforcement action remains intact.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business or where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet contractual obligations, or comply with legal requirements.
