Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Pliqora handles personal information used to operate resident parking, visitor passes, vehicle verification, and property administration workflows.
1. Information we collect
Pliqora may collect and store information needed to operate the parking system for a property. This may include:
- Resident and administrator identity details such as name, email address, phone number, and role.
- Property, tower, and unit information linked to a resident or administrator.
- Vehicle information such as license plate number and optional vehicle details.
- Visitor pass information such as visitor name, license plate, pass start time, pass end time, and pass status.
- Verification records created when a license plate or pass is checked by property staff.
- System activity records used for administration, troubleshooting, security, and audit purposes.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate the service, including to:
- Create and manage resident accounts.
- Issue, update, revoke, recreate, and view visitor passes.
- Associate residents, units, towers, and vehicles.
- Verify license plates and determine whether a vehicle is authorized.
- Support property administrators in managing parking operations.
- Maintain service security, reliability, and auditability.
By using the service, residents, administrators, and authorized users understand that Pliqora processes personal information to operate the property's parking management program, including account management, visitor passes, vehicle verification, and administrative support.
3. How information is shared
Information is shared only as needed to operate the property’s parking workflow. Access is generally limited to:
- The resident who owns the account.
- Authorized property administrators and staff for the relevant property.
- Service providers used to host, authenticate, deliver, or support the application.
We do not share personal information for unrelated marketing use through the application itself.
4. Verification and violation records
When a plate is verified, Pliqora may store the searched plate, verification result, related pass or vehicle reference, and the time of verification. These records help the property review unknown vehicles, expired passes, revoked passes, and operational history.
5. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the property’s parking program, satisfy audit and security requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the property’s operating requirements.
6. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access is intended to be limited to authorized users with a legitimate operational need.
7. Your choices and requests
Residents may need to contact their property administrator for updates, corrections, or questions about account, unit, vehicle, or visitor pass data. Administrators control some property-scoped records as part of the parking program.
8. Third-party services
Pliqora may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, and communications. Those providers process information only to support operation of the service.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version. Material updates should be reflected by updating the effective date above.
